The North American Community Uniting for Equity (NAC-UE) was established as an affiliate community of the Global Community Uniting for Equity (GCUE) at a foundational meeting at Worcester State University, Worcester, MA, USA on June 23-25, 2016.
The North American Community:Uniting for Equity (NAC:UE) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization committed to working through education to support equity, peace and social justice.
Our membership is diverse – cross disciplinary, multicultural and multi-faith – and includes persons engaged in the many educational enterprises that support equity and social justice.
We hold an annual conference and publish the Journal of Interdisciplinary Education (JIE).
We are connected with other regional and national communities through the Global Community Uniting for Equity (GCUE)
