Call for Proposal

 

One Day Virtual Interdisciplinary Education Conference 

March 1, 2025​

Worcester State University will be co-hosting the virtual conference. This year's theme is Education Equity Post Covid. The focus of the symposium will be on facilitating discussion and dialogue on important issues in education, and other sectors through various formats such as individual presentations or panel discussions, related to equity in education, health, and other community settings. Open sharing of ideas by attendees will be encouraged as this will be an opportunity to engage with each other.

All proposals are due Saturday, January 8, 2025. We encourage submission of proposals that fall within the following sub-themes: 

• Addressing systematic and institutional inequities 

• Health care

• Impact of social media and technology 

• Religion / Faith 

• Political and policy considerations in society and education 

  • Race 

  • LBGTQ+ 

  • Disability 

  • Poverty
